A small size rug with traditional Tabriz design, hand knotted in India with PETAG style. The pile is made of high end quality New Zealand merino wool and knotted by master weavers. The rug is very decorative and has a stunning look. The condition is exquisite and new / unused.
Tabriz rugs originate in the far west of Iran near the border to Turkey and Azerbaijan. The ancient designs from the 15th and 16th Century were reproduced by the PETAG (Persische Teppich-Gesellschaft) in Iran, our new produced pieces are made in India.
PETAG style are very looked after since they go well with many Interior styles such Traditional, Farmhouse, Hollywood Regency, Industrial, Vintage Boho and Art Deco.
