Here you will find extraordinarily beautiful, genuine vintage rugs. Our vintage rugs are all hand-knotted without exception. The rugs were discolored and refined using a special washing process. The pile was sheared extra short to partially expose the base fabric - this creates the sought-after vintage look. In contrast to the new vintage-style rugs made of synthetic fibers that are often encountered, our vintage rugs are made of pure new wool. The foundation fabric is made of cotton. Our vintage rugs score well when it comes to sustainability, as they are old, recycled products made from natural fibers that do not release any microplastics into your living space. Genuine vintage rugs always have signs of wear, some of which are due to previous use, some of which are deliberately added to give the rugs the appropriate look.
