This fine artist carpet plays with the contrasting colors.
The pile consists of the finest highland wool (approx. 60%) and viscose / bamboo silk (approx. 40%). The different colored surfaces and materials have different heights, creating a high and low effect similar to the spatula technique used in oil paintings.
